Encon warrants each compatible toner cartridge to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase and will, at its option, replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price.
The cartridges have been produced under stringent quality control standards, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer.
Encon further warrants that, subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to your equipment. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Encon with satisfactory evidence that the printer or copier failure was due to a defect in the cartridge, including a written statement on an authorized service company’s letterhead, dated and signed by Encon’s field service representative. Encon’s sole obligation under this warranty and the exclusive remedy hereunder will be to replace defective products F.O.B. destination or to reimburse the customer as specified above. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, whether of merchantability fitness for particular purpose or otherwise.
